A traditional family-friendly pub
Soak up our friendly service and homely charm in the Yorkshire town of Norton, just across the River Derwent from Malton. Our beautiful pub dates back to the early 19th Century when it was the New Inn, later becoming the Royal Oak and finally the Derwent Arms! We’re the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy our delicious menu with your favourite drink in hand.

• CHRISTMAS/FESTIVE PRE ORDERS • Any bookings between now & New Year that have selected the festive menu need to have their preorder into us ASAP. The booking terms state 14 days prior however we have been lenient on this. Stock for Christmas is starting to run low at our suppliers hence needing the preorders in ASAP. How beautiful is this picture sent in by a customer ❤️ Just hope it’s not our last outdoor event- we’ve had a little telling off because 200 people counting backwards from 10 to 1 and a big cheer from the community when the lights went on ‘tipped somebody over the edge’ 🫣 So next year we’ll have to have a silent disco in the beer garden & make sure even Santa’s got gaffer tape across his beard when the tree goes up 😉 Merry Christmas to everyone else that loves what we do & helped us raise over £3000 in the last 6 months for charity 🙌🏻
